Vegan Buddha Bowl Recipe

This is such a simple bowl to put together when I'm feeling like I want something light, nourishing, and a variety of flavors.
Ingredients:
Note: The following ingredients are written clockwise relative to the image above.*
1/4 slice of a whole raw pepper
1/3 cup of barley
1/4 of an avocado
handful of green lettuce
5 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
1/4 cup of sliced beets
1/2 cup of cauliflower rice
1/4 cup of corn
1/4 cup of unsalted raw cashew nuts
Dressing/ toppings:
white wine vinegar
1 tsp of Agave nectar
1 tsp of Bee pollen
Directions:
Place all the above ingredients together into a big bowl.
Drizzle dressing/toppings on the top of completed bowl.
